Many times I have mentioned that my colleagues and I suffer from various degrees of dorkiness. We are all aware of that and for the most of part we don't even try to deny it. Today, I received an email from a fellow graduate student, that made me giggle out loud. It's an invitation to a party he's throwing at his place next Friday and, quite curiously, the text of the invite was in the form of a bibliographical citation. Here it is:
Hatipoglu, Emre. Oct 7, 2005. "One should party after a difficult week of papers and exams," in ed. Sally Lawton & Kyle Joyce; How to Regenerate PoliSci Grad Students at PennState. Patterson Hall, White Course Apartments: 207C.
