My mom read the green tea post and sent me an email to tell me that in addition to drinking lots of green tea, one should also make sure to eat:
"zehtin + maslini + soia + 3 oreha na den + chesyn"
i.e.
"olive oil + olives + soy + 3 (!!!) walnuts a day + garlic"
AND one should surround themselves with positive people
"da ne mrynkat, zashtoto tova te iztoshtava"
i.e.
"who do not complain, because that exhausts you"
With this, the green tea drinking plan is officially set in motion.

Twinings makes a 'gunpowder green tea' that's delightful. Recommend.
I use it when I'm sick. Very nice. I used to be a coffee fanatic as well. Don't drink this tea in the evening, as it is surprisingly strong and will keep you up.
Thanks for the recommendation, Jeff. Did Bulgarian espresso get you off coffee?
No. I now enjoy BG espresso. The problem is when I go back to the States to see family, the coffee they make is useless to me.
I have to have like 4 cups to equal 1 BG espresso.
Jeff, I tried a Twining's green tea. It wasn't the gunpowder kind that you suggested but, to my greatest surprise, I actually enjoyed it. It tasted a bit like chewing on a twig or something. But in a good way. ;)
